If I could give one piece of advice to people looking for a reputable flower delivery company, it would be not to be fooled by the superficial look of the website. There are a lot of flower companies affiliated with FTD or that have a number of arrangements to choose from. But the only way you can tell who is good and who is not so good is to try them yourself. And if you're like me, you have neither the time nor the money for that. So I took a look around your website - in addition to some other companies - and I saw your testimonials page. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I'm here to let everyone else know that what other people are saying is true. Everything is done deceptively professionally. I say that because you really feel like you're treated like a part of something like a family, even though everything that you do is in the name of business. I admit I have a problem about this. I am out of control. Flowers sent to people as get well presents who have nothing but a common cold. In almost all cases, the flowers last much longer than the illness. But it's so easy and it makes everyone feel so much better, even when they're feeling miserable. This year's flu season wasn't quite as bad as last year, but still many people got flowers from me just because they weren't feeling well. The flowers I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for a congratulations on purchasing a new house actually got there. I mistakenly sent them to the new house address without thinking about escrow and even move-in time. I couldn't be there in person because I'm overseas, so I had to suffer through a night of thinking, "what did I forget?" It didn't hit me until my son called to say they were very appreciative of the flowers I sent. It was then that I remembered giving the wrong address on the form, and I became more confused because they actually got delivered to the right place. I'm bursting with pride at my kids being able to afford houses and I'm also red in the face because I can't even figure out where they are now!
